I’m a CPT through the National Personal Training Institute, fully insured, and born and raised in Lower Bucks County. My background is in post-rehab injury reduction and prevention, helping clients rebuild strength and mobility after injury.
Beyond rehab, I specialize in strength training, HIIT, and resistance training, tailoring programs to fit each client’s goals and lifestyle. My mission is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.

What types of training do you offer?
I provide in-home personal training, gym-based training, and hybrid options. I currently train at 790 Fitness in Yardley, Healthy Concepts in Huntington Valley, and VP Fitness in Hatboro, with more locations coming soon. I also offer online coaching via FaceTime, calls, texts, and individualized programming for those who prefer virtual support.
Who is your training for?
I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from teenagers starting resistance training to seniors improving balance and mobility, and everything in between. Whether your goal is strength, fat loss, recovery, or overall health, I tailor every program to meet your specific needs.
What if I have limited space or no equipment at home?
Space is never a limitation! I design effective workouts using bodyweight, household items, and minimal equipment. I also bring resistance bands, loop bands, mini bands, and sliders to maximize results. If you have your own equipment, I incorporate it for even greater variability and effectiveness.
How long does it take to see results?
- 4 weeks: Strength improvements, better stability, and slight body composition changes.
- 4-12 weeks: Noticeable muscle definition, core strength, and improved endurance.
- 3+ months: Significant visible changes, major strength gains, and long-term progress.
Results depend on consistency, effort, and individual goals.
What is your availability for training?
My schedule is filling quickly, but I am currently available:
- Monday-Thursday: 9 AM – 1 PM
- Friday-Saturday: 9 AM – 9 PM
- Sunday: 3 PM – 9 PM

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations, but I understand that life happens. Rescheduling is flexible, and exceptions may be made when necessary.

Yes! Your first session is completely free. This allows us to discuss your goals, fitness level, and expectations before committing to a program.

Yes! I provide 1-on-1 training as well as semi-private sessions for up to 4 people.
Do you offer virtual coaching or workout plans?
Yes! I offer online coaching, remote check-ins, and personalized workout plans at an additional cost for those who want extra support outside of in-person training.
